We’re now hiring for a Store Manager at PaintCLE at multiple locations!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an awesome company and supportive team! In this role, you will be responsible for the sales efforts of the store, daily operations, and servicing our commercial and retail customers. You will also be responsible for helping the PaintCLE team grow its market share with painters, contractors, manufacturers, and other commercial users that need quality products.

Typical day in the life as a Store Manager:

• Assist customers in person and/or over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Stock shelves and use creativity to set up displays
• Manage and train store staff
• Work with team members to grow sales
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas
• Pull products from the floor and/or warehouse, and tint and mix them to customer specifications
• Load and unload trucks
• Assist in making deliveries as need

What are we looking for?

• Training will be provided for the role, but we’re looking for previous experience in a management related position with the ability to tint paint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great computer skills
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours and required overtime, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Be legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future.
