Job description

RK Washateria is looking for a laundry manager who can manage, train, and motivate staff. The manager should be a reliable, hard worker with excellent problem-solving skills, customer service skills, and mathematic skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect the work of the laundry personnel to make sure that quality is maintained.
• Operates washers & dryers in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines. Also inspects items for wear and tear.
• Maintain and update all the records related to their attendance, punctuality, leaves taken, etc., and conduct interviews in case there is requirement for additional staff personnel.
• Train and mentor the new employees
• Make requisition for any supplies needed to be restocked, and to maintain proper records of the supplies and the items that have been laundered.
• Makes sure that high quality cleanliness is maintained and that all the standard regulatory policies are being followed.
• Attends to inquiries and resolves customer complaints
• Ensures that statutory health and safety regulations are being followed by both staff and customers in the laundry areas.

Requirements

• Must have a reliable source of transportation.
• Previous management experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $700.00 per week

• Cypress, TX 77433: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
