Job Summary:
The office worker in the Presser Hall Music office will assist with administrative duties.
Principal Responsibilities
- Format student recital programs using Word
- Track student recital attendance and performances using Excel
- Maintain file of concert and recital programs
- Copying and filing as directed by supervisor
- Make phone calls to prospective students, as requested, on a regular basis
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Attention to detail
- Professionalism
- Enthusiasm for the Music program
- Excellent phone skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled as an ONU student
- Good academic standing
- Must be available up to 8 hours/week
- Music major, minor, and/or ensemble participant preferred.
