The role you’ll contribute:

Student Worker – Classroom Technology, provides technology support to classrooms and University events. Performs general duties including, but not limited to, starting Polycom calls, giving technology assistance to classrooms and other spaces as needed, picking up and delivery of mail, making copies, filing manuals, typing documents, organizing department supplies, inventory, and other projects as assigned

• Makes sure all Polycom (VTC) calls are started on time based on schedule.
• Assist faculty and others as need with educational media technology.
• Picks up, delivers department mail.
• Files equipment manuals, files and types documents.
• Runs errands.
• Organizes and keeps inventory of department supplies.
• Other projects as assigned.

• Current enrollment as an AHU student
• Be able to lift equipment on occasion
• Work well in a team environment

• People and Service oriented skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
