New Year...New Career! Sport Clips Haircuts of Berwyn is Hiring Hair Stylists!
Our salon is looking for experienced Hair Stylists/Barbers to join our growing team! We cater to a variety of clients with different requests, so you need to be comfortable working with clients of all ages.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for cutting and styling mens and boys hair and knows how to style classic looks as well as current trends. Our Hair Stylists attend regular paid training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest hair techniques and trends.
Stylists typically average $21-$30 per hour and that includes base pay, tips and bonus. For a limited time, we are offering a SIGN-ON bonus up to $1,000!
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Greet and consult with clients on their haircut preferences
* Describing different hair care products and their benefits.
* Cut and style client's hair according to specifications
* Cultivate relationships with clients to ensure they become regular customers
* Keep scissors sharp, brushes sanitized, and all equipment in good condition
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* A valid PA cosmetology or barber license
* Ability to work a flexible schedule
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
* A passion for this industry.
* Attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
