OVERVIEW:
This seasonal Subject Matter Expert position is responsible for contact center, client contract operations. This position requires strong customer service and communication skills as well as an individual with flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, and overtime.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Demonstrates ability to work in accordance with the SaviLinx Guiding Principles.
• Well versed in computer usage, including MS Office applications.
• Ability to answer questions on process and train coach others on proper process.
• Handle customer escalations as needed.
• Communications with reps to inform of program changes and updates.
• May be required to take phone calls up to 100% of the time.
• Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
No Supervisory responsibility.
EXPECTED WORKDAYS/ HOURS:
This position requires full, flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed.
LOCATION:
Hybrid. Work from home and work in center. Full flexibility required.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work from the facility and from home.
• Must adhere to COVID safety measures while in the facility.
