Job description

Candidate must have skills and experience as follows:

Skills

· Ability to read construction plans

· Ability to prepare and follow construction schedules

· Ability to schedule and manage subcontractors, inspectors, clients, etc.

· Must have general knowledge of framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, storefront systems, etc.

· Must understand wet and dry utilities and technical/code requirements

· Must be competent in site and off-site construction

· Must be proficient with basic computer skills including excel, word, outlook, electronic devices, etc.

· Microsoft Project and Bluebeam experience a plus

· Must have excellent communication skills

· Must be willing to work nights/weekends only when required

· Must understand the importance of meeting budgets, schedules, store openings, etc.

· Position will require occasional travel

· Required Osha 30 or equivalent

Experience

· Experience is not as important as attitude and drive but obviously holds importance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
