Job Summary:
The Supervisor of HR Operations leads the HR onboarding and data entry team. This is entry a level supervisor job that oversees HR Operations Specialists in their day to day processing of associate data. This role is responsible for creating a successful associate experience by ensuring all new hires and associates changes are processed timely and accurately, and in compliance with all applicable laws. They will focus on coaching and developing the HR operations team who are responsible for onboarding, offboarding, and providing HR operational support.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise the HR Operations team providing continuous and effective performance feedback
- Assist HR Operations Specialists with HR Service Delivery project scoping to provide timely and efficient solutions to broader HR team and the business
- Provide training and assistance to managers in HRSD when issues arise
- Oversee the employee onboarding, transfer, change, and termination processes for HR
- Identify gaps in HR Operations processes and suggest potential solutions for increased efficiencies
- Establish and maintain employee records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality which includes conducting I-9 audits and resolving headcount discrepancies
- Lead and support the operation team with initiatives and special projects
- Safeguard sensitive user information and system data
- Perform regular audits to resolve data issues, improve accuracy, and identify potential process enhancements and opportunities
- Support process improvement by developing and evolving processes and procedures while maintaining existing procedures
- Provides directional support where needed to HR Operations team for day to day inquiries pertaining to HR related matters
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and exercise a high level of discretion
- Excellent fact-based decision making, analytical skills, critical thinking (deductive reasoning and logic), and creative problem solving
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks or responsibilities to direct reports and peers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, responsive, and self-motivated
- Agile learning and leadership skills with a drive for continuous improvement and efficiency
- Must demonstrate excellent listening, communication, and customer service skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a similar discipline preferred
- 3 years of experience working in Human Resources required
- Previous experience with UKG Pro or a similar HRIS/HCM preferred
- Previous experience coaching a team preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
