We have an exciting opportunity on the ESM team to hire a supervisor who is passionate about our Principle Based Management™ culture, servant leadership, developing talent, driving continuous improvement, and supporting our team to achieve strategic goals. As an ESM Supervisor, you will support your team while partnering with other ESM leaders to mentor and develop our global team and talent strategy. The perfect candidate will have a passion for building relationships, collaborating, and innovation.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Coach and develop your team to leverage their unique gifts and to continually grow, develop, and self-actualize
• Develop clear expectations for employees that align to our vision and advance our key strategies
• Partner with product owners to continually evaluate and improve processes to maximize team efficiencies, ensure a positive consumer experience and ensure adequate staffing to meet changing customer demands
• Identify needs for individual/group training and ensuring team members have the right level of expertise to be effective in their current roles and build toward their next opportunity
• Remove roadblocks to maximize team effectiveness and collaboration
• Influence outcomes and processes based on business values
• Work cross functionally with KGS leadership, customers, and external partners
• Attract, develop, and retain the right people with the right values, knowledge, and capabilities
• Define and measure success. Sell and promote successes and key achievements
• Strategize and collaborate on cross-functional projects

Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000 - $120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
