Supply Chain Specialist- Remote or Hybrid (NYC Office)

The Role:

If you are looking to put your international supply chain and fulfillment experience to use in an exciting, fast-paced environment, this could be the position for you. We are looking for a tech-savvy, strategic and data-obsessed teammate to manage our growing supply chain needs and taking ownership of a lot of really cool products across several of our brands, starting at our factories and ending all over the globe; including, occasionally, pit-stops along the way for custom facelifts!

What You’ll Do:

• Team with our China based operations staff to manage flagship private label production schedules; container shipments and invoicing

• Take ownership of Internal Data Integrity, such as product specs, UPCs and item kit creation

• Manage our B2C inventory transfers and ensure e-commerce warehouses are fully stocked

• Use EDI and ERP systems to process mass market and grocery channel B2B orders

• Maintain documentation creation and validation for other direct FOB customers

• Collaborate with domestic and overseas accounting teams to reconcile and post all relevant intercompany and external Invoices and fulfillment records for purchasing >sales cycle as required by core customers

• Manage KPI's as related to meeting production schedules; customer requirements and documents transmission and accuracy

• Manage relationships with our custom printers in the US and overseas; as well as manage and grow the relationships with 3PL fulfillment warehouses in the US for both B2B and B2C supply channels

• Continually improve 3PL warehouse efficiency through developing feedback loops and improving communication channels

Who You Are:

• 1-3 years of experience with exposure to 3PL warehousing and EDI documents within the wholesale or housewares Industry

• A dynamic team player, someone who LOVES processes and wants to roll their sleeves up and get things done

• An analytical dynamo – can identify the levers of efficiency and build a case to support your decisions

• A really nice person to be around

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
