We are seeking a Supply Clerk to:

  • You will ensure our physicians, nurses, and others have everything needed to care for our patients - medical/surgical supplies, linen, and equipment.
  • Use their attention to detail and organizational skills in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
  • Interact with a variety of computer applications to ensure timely and accurate inventory transitions.
  • Interact with customers, both in person and over the phone, in a professional and supportive manner.
  • Be a member of a cohesive team assisting and supporting each other.

Education :

Minimum – High school graduate or equivalent.

Work Experience :

Preferred – Relevant work experience in a healthcare environment.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :

  • Mathematical skills necessary to document inventory transactions and track product usage.
  • Computer skills necessary to interact with applications used to perform all inventory transactions.
  • Ability to communicate with team members, in writing as well as verbally, regarding any issues that arise.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with internal as well as external contacts.
  • Physically able to work on their feet for extended periods of time, with bending, stooping, twisting, lifting, and carrying of supplies necessary throughout the work shift.

Physical Requirements :

Medium: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

W ork Schedule :

100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Normally 2:00PM – 10:30PM Monday – Friday. Schedule in 1 st /3 rd shift times for training as necessary. Ability to be flexible for schedule and task changes, due to operational demands, is required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay:

Applicable experience is awarded which includes but is not limited to housekeeping, customer service lead, and pharmacy technician experience.

After 6 pm you will get an additional $2.50/hr. For Saturday and Sunday, you will get an additional $2.10/hr.
