Kendall Electric Inc. is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated individual for a Support - Repair Services position in the Wyoming, Michigan area.

Position Description:
This position will support the Rockwell Core Services which will primarily include Rockwell’s Repair Business.
Position Responsibilities:
- Processing orders for both warranty and non-warranty Rockwell product repairs.
- Processing orders for our third party (non-Rockwell) repair business.
- Processing order for repairs includes frequent customer interaction of procuring repair parts or exchanges and making sure they are updated on their repair status on a regular basis.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone presence and listening skills.
- Ambitious, accountable, and organized.
- Strong computer and typing skills.
