Position Title: Company Stores Support Specialist

Department: Company Stores

Status: FT Hourly

Reports to: AVP of Company Stores

FLSA Status: non-exempt

Position Purpose

Under the leadership of the AVP of Company Stores, the Support Specialist will provide high-class service and operational support for our network of company owned and operated locations, to optimize revenue and profitability within the department.

Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

· Ensure offices are properly supported to operate efficiently and adhere to compliance processes

· Responsible for the setup, transfer, disconnection, and maintenance of office utilities and internet

· Tracking leases and coordinating with Landlords, field staff, and vendors to complete maintenance requests

· Prepare various reports using store metrics

· Manage billing approvals, payments, and coding

· Manage vendor and supplier relationships and communicating expected deliverables

· Database creation, management, and tracking

· Monitor and track office acquisitions and sales and oversee interdepartmental communications

· Manage asset control and assist with Help Desk requests

· Assist with tracking bank deposits

· Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

· Six months experience in office operations such as mail distribution, call monitoring, emails, and scheduling

· Knowledge of data collection to include compiling, tracking, and maintaining data from multiple sources

· Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytic skills

· Knowledge of utilizing automated information systems to enter, modify, retrieve, and report data

· Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and within a team

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

· Knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, and various other Microsoft Office products

· Ability to sort and filter large amounts of data to identify discrepancies and other information

· Able to work across multiple departments to develop and/or refine procedures

Physical Demands and Work Environment

· Position requires working at a desk at the corporate office for periods of time up to eight hours

· Position may require lifting to 20lbs

· Travel up to 25%
