ORGANIZATION:
Tulsa County Public Defenders

JOB SUMMARY:
This position will provide administrative support for attorneys in the criminal division of the Tulsa County Public Defender’s Office.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Essential Job Functions include:

• Maintaining case management system including entering new cases and updating all minutes
• Creating case files for attorneys
• Assisting with weekly docket preparation
• Assisting with trial preparation including preparing trial notebooks and subpoenas
• Preparing proposed court orders and other legal pleadings
• Court run
• Reception
• Providing other administrative and clerical support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with others
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Sensitivity to the needs of special populations especially justice involved individuals and their families
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
