It's My Life Inc. / Person Directed Supports Inc. is looking for motivated, results driven, creative Employment Specialists to support Individuals with disabilities in locating and maintaining employment. This Employment Specialist position does require travel throughout the Lancaster Area.

Requirements:

• Experience working with Individual's with intellectual disabilities and or mental health diagnosis'
• Ability to work side by side with Individuals being supported for on the job coaching.

• Employment Specialist must be able to be flexible with day, evening, and weekend availability.
• Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and vehicle of their own. Mileage reimbursement provided.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Lehigh Valley as well as the greater Lancaster area.

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to be creative
• Ability to be a motivated self starter.
• Supported Employment experience is preferred.
• ACRE Training preferred

• Associates degree required.
• Knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL) preferred
