Supported Living Assistant - Home Based Services ProgramClearbrook, a non-profit social service agency, serving children and adults with developmental disabilities, has Part-Time positions available. If you like meeting new people and would enjoy assisting and guiding our clients with disabilities, then this is the position for you!
The Supported Living Assistant provides support and service to clients living in their natural home environment. Qualified persons will have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma.
Hours: Flexible and Vary. Typically after-school, evening, and weekend hours. Maximum is 15-18 hours per week.
Pay rate: starts at $17.75/hr and varies
Locations: Waukegan, Highland Park, Deerfield, Kildeer, Libertyville, Vernon Hills, Fox Lake, Round Lake, Round Lake Beach, Ingleside, Mundelein, North Barrington, Wauconda, Grayslake, Gurnee, Lake Forest
