Surgery Scheduler/ Medical Assistant
Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is an independent, well-respected and busy ortho group who has been providing the Pittsburgh region with the most advanced orthopaedic care for a variety of orthopaedic conditions and injuries for more than 40 years. We are actively recruiting for a full-time orthopaedic Surgery Scheduler/Medical Assistant.
Responsibilities include clinical/back office duties such as rooming patients, postoperative wound care and triaging patient calls, scheduling surgeries in various hospitals, as well as a variety of other back office tasks. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, a passion to help our patients and ability to multitask in a fast paced clinic environment with a positive and upbeat attitude. Medical experience required; orthopaedic experience preferred. On the job training provided. Travel to all offices is required (North Hills, Seven Fields, Robinson and Fox Chapel areas) with a primary focus on the North Hills office.
