Facility Overview:
Responsibilities
Up to $10,000.00 Sign On Bonus for qualifying new, external Surgical Tech with at least 2 years of experience.
Up to $7,500.00 Sign On Bonus for qualifying new, external Surgical Tech, no experience
Bonus amount prorated by FTE (min .6 FTE required)
Lump sum payment within 30 days of start date
2 year commitment
Role:
Incumbents are also accountable for utilizing and keeping current on the application of sterile and aseptic technique, surgical procedures, implementation tools and technologies, human anatomy as well as collaborating and communicating effectively with the inter-disciplinary team to facilitate a physician's performance of invasive and therapeutic procedures.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing may be substituted for graduation from an accredited surgical technician program.
Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
Pay Range
$25.13 - $38.87 /hour
