SVP Lending Family Office Private Client Group

Wintrust Private Client started a Family Office Group over 2 years ago, the focus of the group is providing a single point of contact that can assist Family Offices with all aspects of their banking needs. Whether that’s providing customized lines of credit, mortgages and term facilities to family members and office personal to providing acquisition financing for portfolio Middle Market Companies or Commercial Real estate. With our client focus and customization we are able to develop specific treasury management services for our clients to make it easier for CFO’s to move money around. Envision this group to be 3-8 people within 2-4 years working with 20-40 family’s around the country.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish relationships with Family Offices initially throughout the Wintrust footprint (Illinois, Wisconsin, NW Indiana and South Florida)
• Help management continue to develop the group including modifying existing credit underwriting
• Expand upon and develop new products as well as services to meet the needs of family offices that would be unique to Wintrust
• Assist with building team to manage and further develop Family Office opportunities
• Develop partnerships with our Commercial and Commercial Real Estate partners
• Attend various Family Conferences

Qualifications:

Post secondary education (College/University)

Commercial Lending experience 7-10 years

Business Development experience

Established network in the Family Office space
