Responsibilities:
- Provide formative swimming lessons for beginner swimmers.
- Deliver constructive feedback to improve technique.
- Work with other coaches to plan practices and coaching schedules.
- Adjust swim training for individual swimmers' needs.
- Effectively use leadership skills to influence team behavior.
- Set up swimming training equipment and areas to ensure safe and efficient operation of the pool.
- Communicate with parents, coaches, board members, and others involved in the swim program.
- Ensure that all swimmers have proper attire for swimming practices and matches.
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed before and after practices and matches.
