The PBX Operator relays all incoming and outgoing calls routed through the switchboard, pages, monitors fire and other alarms, releases patient condition according to hospital policy and distributes reports/copies accordingly.

• You will monitor alarms/access control/surveillance system for abnormal conditions.
• Your role maintains the Directories/work station information in current and orderly manner.
• Performing tasks in timely manner as requested by hospital staff members as well as Management is core to your role.
• You must process “stat” calls and make announcements over PBX system.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• PBX Experience Preferred
