Job description
Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a senior level System Administrator to provide the following capabilities:
- Implementation, in -depth troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
- Manage daily activities, configuration and operation of IT systems
- Assistance to users accessing IT systems
- Tier I (Help Desk) & Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution
- Escalation and communication of status to management & internal customers
- Optimization of system operations & resources
- Configuration/Management of UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems
Requirements
- TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- 10 years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type & complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- 5 years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
Preferred
- SQL or other database experience
- Web development (JAVA, HTML)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
