Overview
Reports to the Reports to the CSIO. Responsible for the ongoing development, configuration and maintenance of System Center Configuration Manager environment (Security Patches, OS Deployments, and Software Deployment), Mobile Device Management (MobileIron) of IOS and Android phones and tablets, Enterprise Print Management Solution (PrinterLogic) and Endpoint Antivirus Environment (Trend Micro). Will act as tier 2 support for client issues arising from use of these systems. Requires on-call rotation. Perform other duties as assigned. .

What you will do
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate and analyze customer issues and is able to communicate, prioritize and to offer solutions so as to maintain smooth operations and integrity of the system.
- Designs and tests networks/servers before release so that preventable configuration failures/problems are minimized and delays reduced. Included in this standard are Designs efficient solutions; Tests for problems before release to customers for testing; Provides documentation; Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems within scope.
- Responds to special assignments and projects as directed by the Technical Manager.
- Provides technical expertise in the design activities to ensure that all implemented work is tested and signed off by customer, communicated to all customers affected, and carried through to implementation minimizing problems and delays.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors Degree, (Preferred)
Experience
- 1-3 years Microsoft Windows 10 Administration, Microsoft SCCM Administration (Required)
Licenses and Certifications

Citrix Certified Administrator - Citrix Systems, Inc (Preferred)

Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Preferred)

Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty (Preferred)
