Peerless has a 5-year contract to support STRATCOM/J61 in the Command and Control Facility (C2F) at Offutt AFB, NE. We are seeking an Intermediate Analyst for immediate hire. This team provides IT engineering expertise for enterprise systems in the C2F to ensure the Command’s IT architecture and solutions will meet enterprise requirements. Objectives for this team include:

• Develop and propose enterprise IT solutions, perform independent reviews of technical solutions to ensure optimal courses of actions are being pursued.
• Test and/or evaluate end results of IT projects executed against stated objectives for quality assurance/quality controls purposes.
• Assist Government Project Managers with development of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) for IT projects.
• Develop or recommend changes to IT related processes and procedures.
• Make recommendations to ensure all USSTRATCOM IT assets are properly implemented, integrated, managed, and secured.
• Develop and present decision briefs concerning optimal courses of actions on how best to address problems requiring IT engineering resources.
• Research and present recommendations on how the command can best leverage emerging technologies to be incorporated into IT Roadmaps.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess Top Secret Clearance and eligibility for SCI.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in computer engineering.
• Must be able to apply concepts, principles, practices, and standards to the development and implementation of solutions, security, operations, and maintenance of complex information technology systems and supporting infrastructure or architectures
• A minimum of five years’ experience in testing, and evaluation methodologies to evaluate new applications or technologies.
