JOB SUMMARY

The Systems Data Engineer I - Integrations will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, monitoring, and troubleshooting systems related to data integrations. This position will also support other IT systems and software.

JOB DUTIES

• Support the Workday platform and integrations
• Support the electronic data interchange (EDI) platform
• Utilize CDCN platforms, including 1EDI, Solomon, Docuware, etc.
• Utilize Workday Studio for designing and supporting integrations
• Provide Tier 2 support for the Helpdesk
• Troubleshoot escalated issues
• Design solutions for processing efficiencies
• Work as a team player
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum one year of operations experience with Workday Studio
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational/project management skills
• Functional knowledge of key CDCN platforms mentioned above
• Ability to work independently
• SQL Queries|Scripting preferred
• Degree preferred
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements.

The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbents may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
