We are looking for skilled IT candidates that are mission focused, possess a DoD Security clearance and ready to take their career to the next level.

Mission duties include:

• Engineer, implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and information
• Management of a SIEM (Splunk, ArcSight)
• Monitoring systems security and responding to security incidents
• Participating in security systems testing * Ensuring integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data
• Preventing and detecting intrusion
• System administration and hardening of Linux Systems
• Reading and writing shell, Perl, Python Scripts
• Security tool usage and maintenance: Nessus, Core Impact, ACAS, Splunk, Yara, Open IOC, or other host-based signatures

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree. Significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal

Certification Requirements:

• DoDD 8570.01-M IAT II or higher

AND

• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)

Experience Requirements:

• Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc.
• 4 years of experience in systems engineering or information security technologies including at least 3 years of experience in an enterprise security environment.
• Proven work experience as a system security engineer or information security engineer.
• Experience in building and maintaining security systems.
• Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.
