Erie Family Health Centers is looking for a detail oriented and responsible individual like you to join our Human Resources Team! The Talent Acquisition Associate will work with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialists to provide administrative support as needed to ensure the effective hiring and on boarding of new hires to Erie Family Health Center.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with the talent acquisition team to manage all preemployment processes for final candidates
- Ensure all relevant information is provided to new hires for a positive “day one” experience at Erie Family Health Centers
- Assist candidates in the new hire process
- Assist with day-to-day administrative functions of the Talent Acquisition team
- Answer candidates’ HR related questions and refer them to business matter experts within the HR team, as applicable
- Operates with professionalism, discretion and strict confidentiality in all aspects of duties performed.
- Handle special projects and internal audits as directed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or health administration or equivalent combination of HR or related work experience and education required
- Minimum 1 year of human resources experience or related administrative work required
- Health care or non-profit experience desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel preferred
