The Talent Acquisition team is a strategic and crucial function of the organization whose responsibility it is to create engaging candidate experiences to attract, hire and onboard world-class talent. As strategic advisors to the business, we partner and guide hiring managers to build strong teams through effective, data-driven hiring practices. This critical leadership role requires drive, passion, and experience to empower and build an excellent team of Talent Advisors.
You will be responsible for strengthening and upholding hiring practices that are equitable and competitive by delivering creative hiring solutions that ensure Bose has the right talent at the right time. You will need to have a deep understanding of our business strategies, products and people with a focus on the external talent landscape to ensure Bose remains competitive and is positioned to win!
Core responsibilities
- Lead a team of experienced Talent Advisors to meet the hiring demands of our business by delivering effective and efficient hiring solutions.
- Drive operational excellence by continuously evolving our talent acquisition delivery model including scalable processes and programs as well as technology solutions.
- Build, engage, develop and coach a team of impactful Talent Acquisition professionals and support an environment of continual improvement and teamwork.
- Uphold and strengthen inclusion & diversity hiring practices to ensure we attract diverse internal and external candidate pipelines.
- Develop a creative, winning sourcing strategy, unlocking our potential to attract the highest quality candidates and create an engaging candidate experience
- Strengthen and activate our employer brand and inclusion & diversity initiatives to ensure we attract, source, and hire a strong future bench of talent.
- Manage key Executive and Director level searches, ensuring we are able to acquire the best talent at the highest levels in the organization.
- Manage strategic relationships with key talent solutions vendors in partnership with our Global Business Services organization.
- Partner with our Analytics team to develop and manage a measurement strategy that tracks our success, opportunities, and impact.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent COEs to create strategies and programs in support of business priorities as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ year years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with at least 5+ or more years hiring engineering talent.
- Minimum 5+ years of direct people management experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic, creative and data-driven hiring plans.
- Strong people leadership skills with a laser focus on career development and empowerment of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills as the subject matter of expert in creating and deploying talent acquisition strategies, encouraging confidence across all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing a level of sophisticated searches due to a variety of factors including volume, ambiguity, partners, evolving business needs, etc.
- Ability to influence, have challenging conversations and work effectively in a highly collaborative and vibrant environment.
- Demonstrated ability and passion for innovation, ability to remain flexible and resilient in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
