Spark Dental Management, the region's leading provider of pediatric and orthodontic dental care, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team, based out of our corporate location in West Chester!
TheTalent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the non-provider Talent Acquisition Team at Spark. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Manager will plan and develop talent acquisition strategy for non-provider positions, monitor and manage to talent acquisition metrics, and evaluate team and individual performance.

Essential Functions:
- Continuously improve and develop SDM’s Talent Acquisition strategic model
- Lead, mentor, develop, and coach a team of recruiters
- Partner with Operations leaders to understand and forecast recruiting needs, pain points, and initiatives, and develop strategies to meet those goals
- Work with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Operations to identify aging requisitions and effective strategies for filling those vacancies
- Oversee marketing efforts for non-provider recruitment, and collaborate with the SDM Marketing team to generate new recruitment marketing campaigns
- Create and prepare reports for senior leadership, and present on this data as needed
- Using KPIs, one on one coaching, and observation, continuously look for opportunities for improvement and development within the Talent Acquisition team
- Manage full life cycle recruiting for certain senior-level roles within the organization
- Travel as required to attend off-site recruitment events (occasional)
- Partner with the Human Resources team to ensure that candidates have a seamless, positive onboarding experience
- Monitor the candidate experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding process and identify areas for process improvement
- Work with external vendors and state-run agencies to manage background check processes for each state in SDM’s footprint. Troubleshoot issues with obtaining background results
- Act as the subject matter expert for SDM’s applicant tracking system
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Legal, Accounting, or Finance, or in a related field
- At least 5 years of compliance experience required
- Compliance Certification, such as Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), etc. is required
- Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security standards
- Knowledgeable of various healthcare laws and regulations
- Understanding of health care billing and collections
- Understanding of ethics in a healthcare environment
- Experience with internal audit and risk management
- Strong analytic skills to evaluate the compliance program within the organization and carry out investigations as needed
- Experience working with people from various departments including: HR, billing, finance, and clinical
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in order to prepare and deliver training and education and communicate with management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least three to five years of experience leading and developing a team of recruiters
- Demonstrated expertise with ATS software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent presentation/public speaking skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with leadership and staff at all levels of the organization, as well as contacts outside the organization
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple objectives/responsibilities
- Demonstrates the initiative to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
