Talent Acquisition Partner
Looking for someone who is entry and possibly has some internship – campus/university fair/recruiting experience. Will recruit to hire interns.
6-9 month contract position with conversion for right candidate
2 rounds of interviews- 1 panel interview with 2 TA Partners, 1 interview with Senior Manager of TA
Overview:
Will help with preparation for virtual job fairs and possible in person job fairs (ordering materials, administrative tasks, organizing, scheduling, etc.)
Provides support to the administration of recruiting programs: interview schedules with hiring managers, extending offers, some sourcing for harder to fill intern positions, initiating onboarding items.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides support to intern recruitment and selection activities
- Recruitment of varying summer internship roles
- Research Campus Fair Schedule for target campuses and register for job fairs
- Schedule meetings with campus contacts as needed
- Help manage logistics for in-person fairs (e.g. shipping swag, table cloths, other collateral to campuses and/or ensuring fair materials are in place in Lincolnshire and Holtsville)
- Booking hotels and helping out with other travel arrangements
- Create career fair and other events in Eightfold
- Set up iPads for in-person events to ensure candidates can log their information
- Help managers get set up with virtual fair schedule and/or in-person fair logistics
- Collaborates with line managers to define candidate profiles
- May organize and conduct pre-screening candidate interviews, and background checks
- Prepares reports on candidates
- Supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers
- Assists projects with limited scope
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 per hour
