The overall objective of the Talent Acquisition Partner is to drive the success of the organization's Corporate & West Coast Warehouse Recruiting. The role will be responsible for partnering with management and the HR team to create a recruitment strategy for high-volume, fast-paced recruiting. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Partner will oversee the open roles from the start (make postings and identify candidates) to finish (deliver and negotiate offers). This position will offer the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where innovative ideas are encouraged, and attention to detail is a must. This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage complete full-cycle recruiting for salaried, non-exempt, and hourly recruiting
  • Determine the best social media, job boards, and other venues to drive candidate responses.
  • Sourcing of passive candidates through social media, job boards, & local resources
  • Developing and monitoring KPIs (e.g., time to fill, retention)
  • Adhering to all recruitment operational compliance standards
  • Research and present new recruitment sources and avenues to bring in qualified candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to create standard job postings
  • Develop and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
  • Managing both candidate and client relationships as the company continue to grow.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 2-5 years of previous recruiting experience for high volume entry level through management level positions
  • Proven creative approaches to hiring in high turnover and/or hard-to-fill roles
  • Experience with hourly and salaried workforce required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills at all levels
  • Experience in smaller, fast-paced businesses is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High energy self-starter
  • Experience with navigating the technical aspects of recruiting on the web
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proven creative approaches to hiring in high turnover and/or hard-to-fill roles
  • Experience working with ATS & HRIS systems, preferably ADP
