The Talent Sourcing Partner plays a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities within the Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting and nurturing candidates to fill current or future vacancies. A key element of this role is the ability to attract highly-skilled and best-fit candidates by sourcing through multiple recruiting channels.

- Proactively use various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to define candidate personas
- Engages with passive candidates using multiple communication channels (email, phone, text, etc)
- Researches job boards, social media, industry events, and other networking opportunities to maximize lead generation
- Manages company’s employee referral program
- Keep up to date with use of technology to maximize lead generation
- Creates and maintains job postings; ensures compliance with state and federal employment laws
- Maintains candidate database
- Creates posting and communication templates for use on various recruiting channels
- Mines data, reviews analytics to identify market trends and metrics (conversion rates, retention rates, etc); provides recommendations/solutions
- Manages weekly reporting for senior leadership team
- Promotes our employer brand online/offline; assists in managing responses to job board reviews (Indeed, Glassdoor, Ziprecruiter, etc).
- Assists with compliance reporting
- Assists Talent Acquisition Partners with various steps of the recruitment process
- Assists Recruitment Coordinator with background and onboarding process
- Other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ years experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter
- Project Management experience highly preferred
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle employee/organization information with confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and social media platforms
- Project coordination, data reporting and analytics experience preferred
Abilities
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 5 pounds or less 5% of the workday
- Must be able stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 5% or less of the workday
- Must be able to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn and reason for all of the workday
- Must be able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods throughout the workday
- Must be able to use a keyboard and do manual tasks for prolonged periods throughout the workday
- May require overnight travel
Work Environment
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment
- Flexible schedule (based on sourced candidate needs), but must be available during core business hours.
