We are very successful in what we do which has led to our growth and a need for a Talent Acquisition Specialist!

What you will be doing: As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be our initial point of contact for all applicants. This individual will represent the CBS brand and value to all potential team members and will communicate for the company in a professional manner. The Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibility is to find high quality talent and recruit them to fill a variety of opportunities that are available at CBS.

Create thoughtful and well written job post descriptions for multiple job boards
Ability to organize candidate resumes based on experience and relevancy
Communicate with potential team members via phone, email, or direct messaging through multiple recruiting platforms answering any questions candidates may have
Phone screen candidates and provide details of each qualified candidate to the HR Manager
Run background checks on all qualified candidates prior to hiring
Provide timely and accurate administrative assistance to the team if necessary
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a good work ethic
Ability to multi-task and remain organized

Required Qualifications:
