Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive full cycle recruiting across all areas of the organization
  • Responsible for management and oversight of the applicant tracking system. Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in system
  • Schedule interviews between candidate and hiring managers
  • Complete initial interview of candidates and only sending qualified candidates to hiring manager for consideration
    • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes against position requirements
  • Work with hiring managers to determine requirements for open positions
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Initiate designated on-boarding steps (e.g. obtain copy of resume, completion of job application)
  • Verify Candidate credentials (IE RN License)
  • Ensure that new staff is adhering to the requirements of applying for additional licensure(s) needed
  • Establish Company brand in sourcing and recruiting activities and build networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Create and maintain online job postings across partnership network (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Source and recruit candidates using various sources such as databases, online job boards, career fairs and other networking events, social media networks, college job boards and employee referrals
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Implement the Company’s recruiting strategy and build relationships with internal stakeholders, external community partners and organizations to support this strategy
  • Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis to engage in workforce planning discussions; identifying future hiring needs and assessing current team structure
  • Complete weekly reporting of activities to senior leadership as needed. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics

Position Qualifications:

  • Competencies:
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Able to act quickly when needed
    • Able to accept instruction in a variety of ways including written and verbally
    • Knowledge of applicant tracking system (Bullhorn experience is a plus)
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience:
    • B.A. from a four-year college or university
    • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within healthcare consulting

  • Time Zone: Eastern or Central

Other Information:

  • Expected Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 8a.m. – 5 pm; with ability to adjust to Client schedules as needed
  • Travel: May be required, as needed by Client
