- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
- “Hands-on” experience in recruitment & talent acquisition
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas.
- Must have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels across the organization including senior management.
- A flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organization.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities
- Strong technical/computer skills (MS Office a must).
- Familiar with using Social Media recruitment strategies
- Strong technical skills in MS Office and ATS / HRIS solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing new initiatives with successful outcomes
- Excellent judgment and listening skills, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with diplomacy, discretion, and integrity
