Quantum Research Intl is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Huntsville, AL Corporate Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to qualify and understand requirements of new job openings
  • Help determine appropriate advertising strategy and take action to post jobs internally and externally
  • Coordinate candidate search efforts with social media campaigns, employment agencies and resume databases
  • Source and attract talent through internal resources and external job boards, social networking sites, colleges/universities, and other appropriate sources
  • Initiate contact with potential qualified candidates using a variety of methods to include sourcing various platforms, cold-calling and face-to-face networking
  • Pre-screen, qualify and present potential candidates against position requirements
  • Schedule Interviews and participate in interviews as required by hiring managers
  • Track and document candidate and requisition status per the OFCCP guidelines using an online applicant tracking system
  • Identify, schedule, and participate in recruiting events to help attract new candidates, such as career fairs, networking and outreach events
  • Talent Acqusition Specialist will work closely with and direct report to the company HR Manager
  • Other duties as assigned and relative to Human Resources department success and business needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required. Prefer in Business or equivalent field of study.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a corporate recruiting or staffing agency environment
  • Understanding of OFCCP compliance and HR law
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Experience identifying and executing diversity outreach activities
  • Experience with Social Media Recruitment and Advertising
  • High degree of flexibility; ability to surge and/or work outside of normal business hours as needed
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience developing and writing EEO Compliant job descriptions to match appropriate Corporate Labor Categories
  • Experience with Job Fairs/Trade Shows
  • Ability to travel as needed to support recruitment at Job Fairs/ Trade Shows
