Job description

• Managing Transparent's Vendors base to ensure that sufficient relationships are developed and kept
• Training new Vendors on how to use software applications that are specific to their job function
• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Monitoring the performance of Vendors to ensure that they are meeting quality and communication standards
• Recruiting of vendors in your specific market.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

Problem solving- You will be responsible for resolving issues between Vendors. You will need to be able identify the issue and propose a solution to satisfy both parties.

Decision-making- Your ability to make effective decision can help you advance your opportunity. You will be responsible for making decision on pricing, hiring and firing of vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
