Treliant seeks a seasoned full-cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience sourcing and screening candidates with banking risk and compliance backgrounds, and interfacing with the business on all talent acquisition. Being comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing consulting environment is required.
Responsibilities:

• Work with internal business partners to develop a talent strategy and pipeline to proactively plan for business growth and staffing needs
• Help drive all recruiting efforts for full time and project-based resources
• Help drive time-sensitive project-based employee recruiting efforts
• Perform full-cycle recruitment, including reviewing resumes, performing phone screens, scheduling and, as appropriate, conducting interviews, and extending offers
• Manage applicants through the funnel and hiring process, including advising them on position details and negotiating compensation
• Leverage the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System to develop reporting, track progress, and communicate status and effectiveness of recruiting initiatives
• Navigate multiple competing demands and deal with frequent change, delays, and unexpected events in a calm and logical demeanor

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of direct recruiting experience
• Financial service recruitment a plus
• Undergraduate degree
• Experience working with iCIMS (or other Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Understanding of the different types of skills and experience required for a wide array of compliance, risk, operations, and other financial services roles
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, consulting environment
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and ability to effectively manage upward
• Experience in RPO environment a plus
