As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, etc.). This position will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for all our positions.
What you'll do:
- Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
- Interact frequently with hiring managers to get clear understanding of the requirement
- Establishes recruiting requirements by understanding organization plans and meeting with managers to discuss needs
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting employment agencies, recruiters, colleges, and internet sites
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters and job sites
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to candidates
- Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education
- Recruiting and interviewing skills
- Phone, and online meeting platform skills
- Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System experience a plus
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter for 2 to 4 years
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- An expert with sourcing from various platforms and using various techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
