About the Role:

In this newly developed role, you will report to the Chief People Officer and co-lead the strategy, design, development, and implementation of key programs in the areas of performance management, talent planning, leadership development, and team effectiveness. This role requires a business impact mindset while also embedding inclusion at the core of our practices.

The successful candidate will collaborate across the people function and business leaders to drive organizational impact through innovative and fresh ideas that foster an environment where employees can grow, thrive, and do their best work! This is an individual contributor leadership role that will leverage the support of HR program management and external partnerships to deliver on goals. This role has the potential to build out a small team in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with the People Leadership Team - build out and implement Panorama's next iteration of talent management practices including performance management, succession planning, & top talent/potential initiatives. Design and deliver best-in-class experience.
  • As a trusted advisor and partner to leadership, identify performance needs and gaps in order to direct the design and execution of learning and development strategies across the organization.
  • Develop and implement Panorama's learning strategy and annual roadmap in partnership with the executive team and key business stakeholders to identify high-priority development experiences (i.e., coaching, leadership development, re-skilling).
  • Seek and build partnership opportunities (internally and externally) to implement and continuously improve learning and talent development tools and processes.
  • Define and implement a measurement strategy to assess the effectiveness of performance and learning interventions.
  • Partner with People Business Partners to conduct needs assessments, organization listening, and recommend appropriate team effectiveness solutions.
  • Design and implement or facilitate learning/developmental journeys for target audiences to drive engagement, growth, and performance.
  • Oversee vendor management and program governance for sourcing high-quality vendors.
  • Advocate for all to have a DEI mindset in everything we do. Support the development and implementation of DEI training initiatives and strategies.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Bachelor's degree plus additional training or certification within the areas of: Organization Development, Change Management, Design Thinking, and/or ability to administer individual & team assessment tool such (i.e.,Insights, DiSC, The Predictive Index)
  • 8+ years of business experience; 3+ years experience (Human Resources, DEI, Training & Development, Consulting, Organizational Development, Sales Enablement, Marketing/Brand)
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate vision and strategy and execute a functional plan/roadmap.
  • Growth mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a passion for solving problems.
  • Passion for data and ability to influence with data-driven recommendations and customer-oriented problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
  • As trusted advisor - strong influencing capability; able to skillfully influence peers, colleagues, and vendors to promote and sell ideas.
  • Strong project & program management skills - clear, simple, elegant, and effective.
  • Experienced and skilled in training and facilitation with large and small groups, with a strong and inviting presence.
  • Innovative thinking, grounded in research and data-based approaches.

Panorama excitedly hosts two in-person "all team meetings" a year. All Panoramians are invited to attend and travel/hotels are provided.
