Essential Functions

This position requires the Tax Specialist to keep track of our HOA’s taxes and ensure filing in a timely manner.

The Tax Specialist will be required to prepare and file the taxes as well as taxes for the 1099/1096 for all vendors.

The Tax Specialist will correspond regularly with Property Managers.

We require decision making skills, effective communication skills, problem solving skills, organization, adaptability and a strong attention to detail.

Resolve concerns via email and/or phone in a timely manner.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Google is desired.
