Job description

As a tax technical professional, demonstrates ability to research business and industry trends to develop a point of view to leverage in assisting with proposals, considering opportunities across multiple lines of service.

• Temp to hire
• 100% Remote
• Open to any time zone
• Busy season (40-55+ hours including weekends)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA license (CPA or commitment to pass CPA exam before being promoted to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licensure, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar.)
• Experience in tax compliance and consulting services for the real estate industry.
• Experience in tax research methods (Westlaw, RIA and CCH)

Responsibilities

• Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions.
• Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.
• Exposure to pricing, client value and the negotiation process.
• Reviewing contracts and finding opportunities to introduce new pricing options.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Tax experience: 3 years (Preferred)
