Daycare Teacher Assistant
Home-based facility that provides a warm and caring environment for children to be cared for in a way that allows for complete development and readiness for their school-age years. Enrichment activities are offered to round out their experiences. Learning is based on themes to add to their excitement for school.
We are looking for a Childcare Assistant to be responsible for providing assistance to the teacher at the school. The assistant will work closely with the teacher in conducting daily duties such as preparing and serving meals, helping children with their bathroom breaks, assisting with daily reports, recording attendance, engaging in play, assisting to put children to sleep, and creating a safe environment.
To be successful as a Daycare Teacher assistant, you must possess a passion for children and exercise patience with them. You should display a friendly and positive attitude and greet parents and children. Ultimately, you should constantly monitor and supervise the children in your care to ensure their safety

Childcare Assistant Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent.
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour $1,500 sign on bonus
COVID-19 considerations:
To ensure the safety of all staff and children in care all children and staff's temperatures must be checked prior to entering the daycare. Other guidelines include no contact with a person(s) who have tested positive and or traveled in 14 days.

Daycare Teacher Assistant Responsibilities:
- Providing support for the teacher.
- Monitoring and supervising the children constantly.
- Assisting the teacher in maintaining a safe and positive environment.
- Cultivating relationships with children, parents, and guardians.
- Alerting the Childcare Teacher to emergencies.
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks.
- Greeting parents and children as they come into care and providing feedback regarding the children's day.
- Adhering to procedures in changing diapers.
- Assisting with sand, water, or playground activities.
- Assisting in putting children to sleep.
Requirements
Childcare Assistant Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must Be Able to Pass Background and Fingerprint Check
