Description:The Production Operations team is seeking an analytical, highly self-motivated individual that will be involved in various activities:
Oversee the Performance Management Teams (PMT) at Pike County Operations, consulting with team leaders and members on team engagement, meeting management and team performance.
Establish yearly PMT team Cost, Quality and Schedule goals that align with the site business objectives, continuous improvement activities and Corporate Business Transformation initiatives.
Develop and monitor data analytics that effectively tracks each team's performance to the established PMT goals.
Conduct Team Leader and metrics training to enhance the effectiveness of PMT and coordinate other training initiatives as needed.
Analyze PMT team performance data and provide improvement guidance as required to meet or exceed the team's PMT goals.
Leads and participates in special projects, facilitates and coordinates team rewards and recognition activities, and exchanges best practices with other PMTs across MFC to strengthening each team.

Troy, Alabama is located in the East Gulf Coastal Plains region of southeastern Alabama. Troy's climate is typical of areas along the Gulf of Mexico in that it has hot, humid summers and mild winters.
Troy is a great place to live offering lots of things to do and has a small-town charm. Troy is also a college town and is home to Troy University.
Where can you get to from Troy? Our facility in Troy is just under an hour south of Montgomery, Alabama. Troy is about 2.5 hours north of the Gulf of Mexico and Fort Walton Beach and Florida's Pan Handle. Troy is about three hours from Atlanta, GA.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college in a business or technical discipline and professional experience with manufacturing operations.
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance and must have at least an interim secret security clearance prior to start.
Prior experience Leading / Coaching / Mentoring in teaming environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Candidate must also be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ("ATF") background check to obtain approval to be an "employee possessor" (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.
Desired Skills:
Six or more years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or four or more years with a master's.
Experience leading Performance Management Team (PMT) type processes and metrics.
Tableau experience.
SAP software experience.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
