Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Team Lead is responsible for assisting the Shift Lead & Plant Supervisor in supervising plant operations
within an assigned area and delivering superior customer satisfaction by driving results and exceeding
expectations in the key areas of safety, service, quality and cost. Specific responsibilities include:
Provide hands‐on leadership as a Team Lead, responsible for mentoring and coaching production employees
within assigned area
Ability to work production positions as needed.
Support plant administration to ensure compliance to established policies and procedures
Capable of enforcing policies and procedures to drive inventory accuracy
Provide coaching and training to production staff
Capable of filling in for the Shift Lead as needed
