The Oaks of Louisiana is seeking an experienced, qualified Housekeeping Team Leader. This is a hands-on, working position where the Team Leader must be able to function both independently and as part of a team. They must be able to follow and give oral and written instructions. This individual will assist the Supervisor with training new employees on safe use of equipment, chemicals, proper cleaning technique, procedures, and perform quality control inspections. This position requires an abundant amount of walking, standing, bending, stooping, and some lifting, as well as frequent interaction with residents, and occasional interaction with their pets as necessary. Ability to use a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is beneficial. Qualifications include being a high school graduate with a minimum of three (3) years experience in a commercial housekeeping environment. This is a full time position with varying shift hours including weekends. The individual will be provided a WK orientation, followed by a department specific orientation and training. Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
