Manufacturing Team Member - Located off of the 202 and Greenfield in Mesa

Temperature Controlled Environment

• 1st Shift: Compressed Work Week, 12 hour shifts
• 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday
• Rotate every other Wednesday

· $1.50 additional shift pay while working 2nd shifts

Skill Based Pay Increases

• Starting $16.00 per hour + opportunity to earn more with training
• Entry level, no experience necessary, training provided
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be available and willing to work overtime as needed

BATFE Hiring Guidelines:

We are Federally regulated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agency, therefore we follow Federal hiring guidelines:

· Must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card holder

· Must be willing to comply with & pass a pre-employment drug screen test. Medicinal/Recreational marijuana do not pass federal ATF requirements.

· Must be willing to comply with & pass a federal ATF background check, no felony convictions

· Must be 18 years or older

Position Summary:

• Operate automated machinery to fabricate and assemble company products
• Read and understand Standard Operating Procedures
• Follow all safety guidelines
• Perform additional duties related to specific area assignments

Job Type: Full-time
