Nekter is an all-natural, 100% plant based juice bar which offers customizable hand-crafted superfood acai bowls, juices, smoothies, cold-pressed bottled juices, cleanses, and other nutritional offerings.

Juiceristas are Nekter’s juicing aficionados! They create delicious plant-based concoctions from our lively menu while providing each guest with an exceptional experience.

Juicerista Job Summary

Juiceristas report to the Shift Leader on duty as well as the business owner. At a high level, Juiceristas' responsibilities include:

• WOWing our guests! Caring about the customer and their experience
• Ensuring NJB products are being made in a consistent and timely fashion with proper portion control on all ingredients
• Handling financial transactions according to Nekter’s cash handling policies
• Keeping a clean, organized, stocked and sanitized restaurant
• Following all health, safety, and sanitation policies
• Being knowledgable on NJB products and adhering to all NJB standards

Shift Leader promotion is attainable for Juiceristas who lead well by example!

Shift Leader Job Summary

In addition to the responsibilities of our Juiceristas:

• Overall shift operations, sales, and brand excellence in the absence of the General Manager / Owner.
• Supervising and training 1-4 team members per shift to ensure the team is performing at a high level
• Maintaining inventory levels on all items
• Ensuring ticket times are meeting NJB’s time metrics
• Addressing customer complaints and getting ahead of issues before they turn into complaints
• Educating the team on our marketing and event calendar so everyone is aware of current promotions and products

• Reliable form of transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a professional, organized, and punctual individual with a passion for working in a health-centric industry
• Flexible; Nekter is open 7 days a week and during some holidays
• Previous food service experience is preferred, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
