Position: Sr. Technical Advisor - Tritium Operator
Location:- Aiken, South Carolina (on-site)
Support the Tritium Operation organization in the Project & Technical Support for all the Operating facilities at Operations. Provide technical assistance in developing, reviewing, approving and presenting technical work documents for the safe operation of Tritium. Ensure that the developed technical documents comply with requirements and codes in the Orders and applicable controls are implemented in field procedures. Conduct Technical Support assessments and maintain program manuals.
Services shall be provided using processes and procedures. Programmatic guidance will be provided by.
Education (1 Qualification)
HS with 20 years’ experience, BS with 15 years’ experience or MS with 10 years of experience.
Experience/Skills (10 Qualification records)
- Demonstrated previous Tritium Operation experience is preferred Active “Q” security clearance within past two years is preferred. Demonstrated a minimum of 20 years of recent experience in the Tritium Operation through support of the Department of Energy or the commercial nuclear industry.
- Certifications & Qualifications in Tritium Facilities.
- Demonstrated previous experience with the use and implementation Order 426.2, 4B Manual, 2S Manual Conduct of Operation, and related directives and standards.
- Demonstrated previous experience in developing, reviewing, approval and presenting NNSA Technical Work Documents.
- Demonstrated personal accountability for facility/project schedules, deadlines, budgets, and the safe performance of work; and proficiency in performing Nuclear Technical Support Program assessments.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” security clearance
- Supplier shall possess a positive FOCI determination from which includes a “Q” security clearance level (or “Q” if a “Q” cleared candidate is proposed).
- Agreeance to submit the following statement if selected as the apparent successful offeror: A. A statement of any past (within the past twelve months), present, or currently planned financial, contractual, organizational, or other interests relating to the performance of the statement of work. For contractual interests, such statement must include the name, address, telephone number of the client or client(s), a description of the services rendered to the previous client(s), and the name of a responsible officer or employee of the Offeror who is knowledgeable about the services rendered to each client, if, in the12 months preceding the date of the statement, services were rendered to the Government or any other client (including a foreign government or person) respecting the same subject matter of the instant solicitation, or directly relating to such subject matter. The agency and contract number under which the services were rendered must also be included, if applicable. For financial interests, the statement must include the nature and extent of the interest and any entity or entities involved in the financial relationship. For these and any other interests enough such information must be provided to allow a meaningful evaluation of the potential effect of the interest on the performance of the statement of work.
- AND B. A statement that no actual or potential conflict of interest or unfair competitive advantage exists with respect to the advisory and assistance services to be provided in connection with the instant Subcontract or that any actual or potential conflict of interest or unfair competitive advantage that does or may exist with respect to the Subcontract in question has been communicated as part of the statement required by (A) above
