The role you’ll contribute:

The Senior Technical Product Manager (Sr. TPM) is responsible for the product planning and execution of the product lifecycle – design, build, implementation and support - of the consumer engagement platform. The Sr. TPM will work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. The Sr. TPM will be responsible for the performance of their product and the KPI’s related to their product. The Sr. TPM will also work closely with dev teams in an agile environment and will be responsible for managing backlogs and roadmaps, writing stories and other typical agile processes. Additionally, the Sr. TPM will also mentor Business Analysts and TPMs, working closely with Product Leadership towards the development of the Consumer Product team.

  • Determine customer needs and translate them into requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, UX, activation and operations) and external vendors.
  • Build roadmaps and backlogs and define requirements. Make sure that requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans

match expectations.

  • Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
  • Lead and facilitate provision of internal and customer training on how to use the product.
  • Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities. Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the

stakeholders.

  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
  • Mentor other members of the consumer product team
Qualifications


The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Education and Experience Required

  • 5+ years’ experience in software product management
  • Experience working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end

Education and Experience Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in an agile development environment
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Epic MyChart
